Clean India Programme – Toilet cum bathroom construction
One of the important initiatives of SVRDS has been to take this mission forward with the construction of Toilets cum Bathrooms in the houses of the villagers.
So far 3800 Toilets have been constructed at a cost of Rs. 1900.00 Lakhs in remote villages and additional 1000 Toilets are under construction.
The construction of one toilet cum bathroom costs Rs. 50,000.
SVRDS runs this initiative successfully with the help of donors & sponsors.
The Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi has appreciated the efforts of SVRDS through his personal Letters of Appreciation.
